From January 1, 2000, to July 15, 2022, a systematic search was conducted across six electronic databases: PubMed, Scopus, Embase, Web of Science, the Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials, and the Physiotherapy Evidence Database. The Cochrane risk of bias tool served to evaluate the methodological quality of the studies that were part of the analysis.
